Health, fitness & performance programmes work towards the goal of improving overall health and wellbeing.

Client programmes are designed to combat desk posture, pain, stiffness and lethargy through fundamental mobility, strength work and cardiovascular exercise.

Each session will include soft tissue work, a dynamic warm up and full body strength training that places an emphasis on functional human movement patterns.
