Over the last few years, I have worked with a range of people that have achieved great success in their personal lives and professional careers, but have subsequently neglected their health and fitness.

I therefore specialise in helping busy city professionals offset desk-bound symptoms and empower them to regain control of their physical wellbeing.

We’ll work together to find the balance you need to become fitter, leaner, and healthier in just 2-4 hours of exercise per week.

Having supported many in the pursuit of developing their health and fitness, I have also had the pleasure of working with numerous individuals' as part of their physical preparation for a number of major events, some of which include: Ironman Mallorca, Hyrox London and The World's Toughest Row Atlantic Challenge.
