Rehabilitation Programmes

Post-Injury rehabilitation is a process designed to help an individual progress back to full fitness or a more sport-specific function after suffering from a chronic injury or illness.

Programmes are designed to improve core strength, joint stability and movement capacity to help prevent the reoccurrence of future injury.

It does not replace the need for continued physiotherapy or chiropractic treatment, but rather serves as the final step towards restoring an individual’s functional capacity once they have been cleared to return to an exercise regime after suffering a trauma.
